Get to Know Us
At Kingdom Impact Ministries, we envision a ministry that shines brightly as a beacon of HOPE and LOVE in the Burgaw community and surrounding areas – a ministry that is made up of true brothers and sisters, who actively lead others to a real SAVIOR and meets real needs, as compelled by our GOD.
We envision a ministry full of brothers and sisters who have hearts for GOD and are contagious with authentic Christian life that non-believing, de-churched and unchurched people are drawn to experience JESUS CHRIST for themselves. Many for the first time.
We envision a ministry where people know they are loved because they know how to share their needs with each other – pray for each other – support and encourage each – that they may fulfill GOD’S purpose for them here on earth.
OUR STORY
THE MALLOYS
Bishop James Malloy, along with his wife, Karen, founded Kingdom Impact Ministries in April of 2019 in downtown Burgaw, North Carolina. The ministry received its non-profit status on July 20, 2020.
Brother Malloy, as he likes to be called, received his Doctorate of Theology from True Standard Bible College in Greenville, NC in 2015. In May 2018, he earned his second Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Counseling also from True Standard Bible College. He served in the military (U.S. Army) for 14 years.
Prior to the founding of Kingdom Impact Ministries Bro. Malloy was Pastor of St Matthew United Holy Church in Burgaw for nine years. He was also President of the Carolina District of the United Holy Church of America which consist of 16 churches. He served as pastor of Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church of Carolina Beach (the historic Seabreeze Community) for nine years.
God continuously blessed Bro. Malloy. He was consecrated Bishop on August 5, 2017. After his consecration, Bishop Malloy followed God’s calling to go back home (Burgaw, North Carolina) where he was raised and to raise up disciples.
TEACHES
We envision a ministry where discipleship is taken seriously – where disciples deeply desire to grow in their knowledge and relationship with JESUS CHRIST.
We envision a ministry where disciples grow spiritually by applying learned spiritual knowledge to their lives, using the gifts and talents GOD has given as they intentionally seek to fulfill HIS calling upon their lives.
We envision a ministry where its leader leads and teaches – where the gift of hospitality is evident and makes all feel welcome.
We envision a ministry where all things happen as a result of diligent prayer and the leadership of the HOLY SPIRIT.
GUIDE
We envision a ministry where young children are raised in a relevant children’s ministry that will grow their faith and enable them to pursue and mature healthy personal relationships with CHRIST – a ministry where their continued experience with JESUS CHRIST will carry them through the challenging stages of adolescence and young adulthood as modeled by disciples that surround them.
We envision a ministry where disciples expect to encounter GOD in worship full of excitement – expectation – exhilaration and joy.
We envision a ministry that refuses to be ingrown or self-focused. A ministry that respects all and is respected by all, because it breathes hope and life into this world and our community as it addresses its needs and transforms lives.
We envision a ministry that is so caught up in what GOD is doing that it becomes imperative to our generously sharing our resources with those in need and with other works of the KINGDOM OF GOD.
We envision that this ministry will rid apathy and isolation from our communities, trusting GOD to give us the wisdom and skillset to repair the brokenness and make them whole again.
